Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Etamin website ("etamin.uz") and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.

Etamin provides software development services including but not limited to:

• Custom software development
• Web and mobile application development
• System architecture and design
• API development and integration
• Cloud infrastructure services
• AI and machine learning integration
• Technical consulting

All services are provided subject to separate agreements and statements of work executed between Etamin and our clients.

Our Content: All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Etamin and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Client Work: Ownership of work product created for clients is determined by individual service agreements. Unless otherwise specified, clients retain ownership of custom software developed specifically for them.

Open Source: We may use open-source components in our work. Such components remain subject to their respective licenses.

You agree not to:

• Use our website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the website or servers
• Harvest or collect user information without consent
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Engage in any activity that interferes with other users' use of the website

We respect the confidentiality of our clients' information. All project details, business information, and proprietary data shared with us during the course of work are kept strictly confidential.

We may sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) as required by clients before discussing project details.

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Projects may require an upfront deposit
• Milestone payments may be required for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Payment methods accepted: Bank transfer, wire transfer

Refund policies are determined on a per-project basis and specified in service agreements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Etamin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Specific warranties for delivered work products are defined in individual service agreements.

Either party may terminate a service agreement according to the terms specified in that agreement. Upon termination:

• All outstanding payments become immediately due
• Work completed up to termination date is delivered to client
• Confidentiality obligations survive termination

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Namangan, Uzbekistan.
